Speech Therapy

We offer personalized speech therapy to support the development of clear, confident communication. Therapy focuses on speech sound production, language skills, and fluency. Through individualized goals and engaging activities, we help clients overcome challenges such as articulation delays, language disorders, and stuttering.

Feeding Therapy

We provide individualized feeding therapy to help children develop safe, effective eating and swallowing skills. Therapy targets areas such as chewing, swallowing coordination, sensory processing, and mealtime behaviors. Our goal is to make eating a more positive, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for both the child and family.

Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy

We offer specialized therapy to support optimal oral rest posture, including proper tongue placement, lip seal, and nasal breathing. These functions play a critical role in promoting healthy oral development, supporting stable dental alignment, and enhancing speech and feeding skills. By addressing the underlying muscle patterns of the face and mouth, this therapy contributes to long-term orofacial balance and function.

Claire M. Pearson

Hi, I’m Claire—a licensed speech-language pathologist with over 12 years of experience in the field and more than two decades working in special education. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children and families across a variety of settings, including early intervention, clinics, and schools. I’ve received specialized training in areas such as autism spectrum disorders, parent coaching, feeding therapy, and orofacial myology. I’m passionate about taking a collaborative, team-based approach to support each child’s unique developmental journey. I believe in meeting every child where they are and helping them grow in a way that’s both supportive and developmentally appropriate. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me soaking up time in nature or relaxing at home with my husband, Tyler, and our two cats—Clash and Chloe—who just so happen to be the playful inspiration behind the name Copy Cats Communication Clinic!
